GOL Launches Flight to Boa Vista
São Paulo, September 16, 2005 GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (NYSE: GOL and Bovespa: GOLL4), Brazils low-fare, low-cost airline, today began operating daily flights to Boa Vista, Roraima (population 324,397). The new flights will connect through Boa Vista Manaus Brasília Rio de Janeiro (Galeão) and, on the return, through Rio de Janeiro (Galeão) Brasília Manaus Boa Vista, with connections to Sao Paulo and all other destinations to which GOL operates.
As one of the most beautiful cities in the northern region of Brazil; Boa Vista is an increasingly popular destination for both national and international tourists given its proximity to Manaus and its shared border with Venezuela, said Tarcísio Gargioni, vice-president of Marketing and Services for GOL. With the addition of this flight, GOL will serve all of Brazils state capitals.
