On July 29, 2016 Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. (“Salisbury”) the holding company for Salisbury Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2016. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Board of Directors of Salisbury Bancorp, Inc. declared a $0.28 per common share quarterly cash dividend at their July 29, 2016 meeting. The dividend will be paid on August 26, 2016 to shareholders of record as of August 12, 2016.
