Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 10, 2017, Vince, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vince Holding Corp. (the “Company”), mutually agreed with each of Rea Laccone and Christopher LaPolice to terminate their respective consulting agreements, dated November 23, 2015, effective immediately. There are no early termination penalties to be incurred by any party as a result of the termination of the consulting agreements.
The press release of the Company relating to the above is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
