On August 16, 2018 Old Point Financial Corporation (the Company) issued the press release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the Company's declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of common capital stock to be paid on September 28, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 31, 2018.
