Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 29, 2013, Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company’s common stock payable on March 12, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2013.
Further information regarding the dividend declaration is set forth in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference herein.
