The Bank has made the following disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges under the Indian Listing Regulations.

 

The Committee of Executive Directors constituted by the Board of the Bank is scheduled to have a meeting on September 12, 2017 to consider, inter-alia, the following:

 

“fund raising by way of issuance of Basel III compliant unsecured subordinated perpetual Additional Tier 1 bonds in single/multiple tranches on private placement basis.”
