(Nasdaq: RWLK) (“ReWalk” or the “Company”), a leading provider of innovative technologies that enable mobility and wellness in rehabilitation and daily life for individuals with neurological conditions, today announced that Yasushi Ichiki has informed the Company on September 4, 2023 that he intends to resign from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) immediately following the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on September 13, 2023. The term for Mr. Ichiki was to have continued to the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Ichiki's resignation, combined with the previous announcement of two directors who are not seeking re-election, will reduce the size of the Company’s Board to seven immediately following the Annual Meeting.
