Wet Seal (Nasdaq: WTSL) narrowed fourth quarter losses and the company announced a private placement of $27 million worth of convertible notes and warrants.

Sterne Agee downgraded Albany Molecular Research (Nasdaq: AMRI) from a Neutral rating to an Underperform rating.
