Benefitfocus Inc. (Nasdaq: BNFT) widened losses for the fourth quarter to 54 cents per share from 34 cents per share in the year ago period but
the results were better than expected. Mercer expanded its contract and
made an equity investment in the company. The stock price leaped $13.29 to $36.26.
