Barnes & Noble Founder And Chairman Leonard Riggio Confirms Retirement

Barnes & Noble founder & chairman, Leonard Riggio, announced that he will retire as Chairman of the Company following the annual shareholder meeting currently planned for September, and intends to remain on its Board of Directors.
