On the downside
H&R Block (NYSE: HRB) widened losses for the first quarter.

In the broad market, declining issues outpaced advancers by a margin of nearly 9 to 8 on the NYSE while advancers outpaced decliners by more than 4 to 3 on Nasdaq. The broader S&P 500 held steady at 2,446. Bitcoin dropped $59 to $4,556.
