What are the Kennedy Accounts that Banyan Hill is talking about?

He is claiming this is hidden from regular investors and people have been able to generate phenomenal returns on these investments with Bill Gates pulling in 1 million dollars a day. He also states that Warren Buffet is also taking advantage of this little known investment. Any clues on what it might be?
