Nice squeeze this morning on the shorts and the volume has been average on both the NASDAQ and the NYSE, which is healthy for the bulls at this stage in the trading day. I expect that the indices could grind into the close and will be watching critical levels, 1405 on the S&Ps, which would be a nice validation of the morning move and put increasing pressure on the shorts.
