Firm solicits witnesses, plaintiffs for potential suit against Duke Energy over reported cybersecurity issues

New Orleans-based Kahn Swick & Foti says the “investigation is focusing on whether (Duke Energy Corp.'s) officers and/or directors breached their fiduciary duties to Duke’s shareholders or otherwise violated state or federal laws.”
