LyondellBasell gets bid from India's Reliance

LyondellBasell Industries received a nonbinding proposal under which India's Reliance Industries Ltd. would acquire a controlling interest in the closely held Rotterdam producer of polymers, petrochemicals and fuels when it emerges from its reorganization.
