Travelers Declares Dividend on Common Shares

The Board of Directors of The Travelers Companies, Inc. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 33 cents ($0.33) per common share. This dividend is payable March 31, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business March 10, 2010.
