Coca-Cola buying North American unit of CCE

The Coca-Cola Co. saiys it is buying the North American business of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. in a deal that will result in about $4 billion in cash to shareholders of the Atlanta-based soft drink giant's largest bottler.
