LONDON, Oct 7 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening down 1-4 points, or as much as 0.1 percent on Thursday, according to financial bookmakers, consolidating after strong gains in the previous session, with investors awaiting the latest interest rate decision from the Bank of England.
