Danish ATP says to consider DuPont bid for Danisco

COPENHAGEN, Jan 10 (Reuters) - Danish pension group ATP, which owns a 5.1 percent stake in Denmark's Danisco , will consider DuPont's takeover bid for the food ingredients and industrial enzymes grouop, a senior ATP executive said.
