Rheinmetall: No Contact With Northrop Grumman

FRANKFURT -(Dow Jones)- Defense and automotive equipment supplier Rheinmetall AG (RHM.XE) said Thursday it hasn't been in contact with Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC), rebuffing market rumours that the U.S. aerospace and defense group had approached it with a potential takeover bid.
