Russian telcos to get stakes in LTE venture-minister

MOSCOW, March 3 (Reuters) - Russian top telecom operators MTS , Vimpelcom , MegaFon and Rostelecom will each get 20 percent stakes in a new mobile internet venture, Russia's Communications Minister said.
