London Exchange Eyeing Merger With Nasdaq: Report

London Stock Exchange Group (LSE.LN) is considering making a takeover bid for Nasdaq OMX Group (NDAQ), the Sunday Times reported without citing sources. The paper says no talks have been held about a tie-up between the LSE and Nasdaq but that the LSE plans to make a move later in the year.
