Major Danisco Shareholders Still Considering DuPont Offer

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Two of the biggest shareholders in Danish food ingredients and enzymes firm Danisco A/S (DCO.KO) said Thursday they are still considering DuPont's (DD) DKK665 ($124.8) a share offer for the company.
