DuPont's Danisco Offer Cleared By China; Hurdle Remains

COPENHAGEN (Dow Jones)-China's Ministry of Commerce has given the greenlight to U.S. chemicals company E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co.'s (DD) planned acquisition of Danish ingredients and enzyme maker Danisco A/S (DCO.KO), the U.S. company said Friday.
