US judge dismisses Mylan suit over Lipitor generic

WASHINGTON, May 2 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Monday dismissed an attempt by Mylan Inc to speed up getting its generic version of Pfizer Inc's blockbuster cholesterol-lowering drug Lipitor on the market and block an exclusive for a generic by India's Ranbaxy .
