LONDON, May 10 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index wass seen opening up 3-7 points, or 0.2 percent on Tuesday, according to financial bookmakers, up slightly after falls the previous session, helped by overnight gains on Wall Street and in Asia.
