UPDATE 1-PBF halts FCC restart at Delaware City -official

HOUSTON, May 31 (Reuters) - PBF Energy halted the restart on Friday of a gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit at its 182,000 barrel-per-day (bpd) refinery in Delaware City, Delaware, due to a malfunction, a state official said on Tuesday.
