Citrix Promotes Strategic Leaders in Sales and Services Organization

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), the global leader in application delivery infrastructure, today announced three promotions in its Sales and Services Organization. The appointments leverage executives collective experience and align sales with Citrixs strategy and product-line vision of end-to-end application delivery. All three leadership roles will report directly into John Burris, senior vice president of sales and services, effective July 1.

Mitch Parker, now vice president of channel programs and sales operations, will transition into the role of vice president of services, where he will be responsible for technical support, education, consulting solutions and field readiness. Parker has held the role of channel chief since October 2005 and has been instrumental in the companys development of sales training and customer relationship management (CRM) transformation. His previous experience as head of solutions delivery in the companys consulting organization will serve as a great advantage to him in this new role.

Al Monserrat, now vice president of North America, will become the new channel chief for the company as vice president of channels, strategy and sales operations. He will be responsible for relationships with the Citrix® Solution Advisor (CSA) channel, system integrators, independent software vendors, original equipment manufacturers and alternate routes to market as well as the incubation of new products developed internally or via future acquisitions. Monserrat will draw on his vast experience to build and elevate channel strategies and programs that will maximize return on channel investments. Over the past three years in his current role, Monserrat more than doubled North American sales revenue to $531 million in 2006.

Fernando Campo will expand his current role as vice president of Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) to also encompass North America. Campo exponentially grew Citrixs LAC organization to be the fastest growing geographic region, nearly doubling its revenue from 2003 to 2006. As the new vice president of Americas, Campo will drive operations for North America and LAC and capitalize on region-wide best practices.

The appointment of all three of these exceptional executives ensures that the sales and services organization can successfully execute on Citrixs vision to be the industry leader in application delivery infrastructure while maintaining its world-class channel program, customer service and training agenda, said John Burris, senior vice president of sales and services. I am very excited about these promotions as they will ensure that Citrixs sales and services operations and partner network progress alongside Citrixs corporate vision.
