Nokia unveils first Windows Phone smartphones

Seeking to turn back the dial on the industry perception of it as an out-of-favor smartphone maker, Nokia Corp. Wednesday unveils the inaugural devices that will run on Microsoft Corp.’s Windows Phone operating system.
