Shawn C. Munsell Promoted to Treasurer of CF Industries

CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CF) today announced that Shawn C. Munsell has been named Treasurer of the company effective immediately. Munsell has been Director, Raw Material Procurement and has had responsibility for the procurement of natural gas, sulfur, ammonia, and finished products since 2004.

“Shawn has played an important role in managing the company’s natural gas derivatives portfolio, its overall risk position in raw materials, and its relationships with critical suppliers. He brings a wealth of company and industry experience and strong skills to his new position,” commented Dennis P. Prior to his position in procurement, Munsell, 36, held roles in Corporate Planning at CF Industries. He holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Michigan-Flint.
