SASKATOON, Nov. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US $0.07 per share payable February 9, 2012 to shareholders of record January 19, 2012.
