T. Rowe, Hartford fall with financial sector

U.S. financial stocks fell on Friday morning with the broader market as a weaker than expected GDP number weighed on investors while an earnings report from T.Rowe Price and a downgrade of Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. drove those shares lower.
