The Energy Report: There’s some escalating tension in the Gulf of Hormuz between Iran, the U.S. and Israel. Do you think that this will be a catalyst for oil prices in 2012? Stephen Taylor: It may well be. It underscores the need for and the value of assets in politically stable areas.
