TransCanada Hopes New Route Unlocks Keystone Pipeline
Oil and gas explorer TransCanada (TRP) applied again for a permit to build the Keystone XL Pipeline from the U.S./Canada border to Nebraska. The new application uses an alternate route designed to avoid areas that environmentalists have said could be endangered if the pipeline project goes through.
