Spain's Biggest Issue: an Attitude Problem?

"In Spain, 60 percent of the students want to work for the public administration. On the contrary, in the USA, 60 percent of the students want to found a company. It's an attitude problem, Jose Miguel Ortiz, member of the board of directors of the Association of Young Businessmen of Murcia told CNBC.
