UPDATE 3-China surveillance ships enter waters near disputed islands

TOKYO, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Two Chinese marine surveillance ships entered what Japan considers its territorial waters near disputed islands in the East China Sea on Monday, prompting an official protest from Tokyo amid rising tension between Asia's two biggest economies.
