EU sees French 2013 growth at 0.4 pct -Le Monde

PARIS, Nov 7 (Reuters) - The European Commission is forecasting French economic growth of just 0.4 percent next year, half the 0.8 percent level the government's 2013 budget is based on, the afternoon daily Le Monde reported on Wednesday.
