Stocks Seen Higher on Fiscal Cliff Deal Hopes

U.S. stock index futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street on Monday on hopes that a deal can be struck to avert the "fiscal cliff", a series of tax increases and spending cuts worth $600 billion due to start at the beginning of 2013.
