Mosaic CEO concerned about possible Potash takeover of ICL

March 28 (Reuters) - Mosaic Co would have concerns about a potential takeover of Israel Chemicals Ltd by Potash Corp of Saskatchewan Inc, Chief Executive Jim Prokopanko said on Thursday.
