AmeriGas Propane Raises Quarterly Distribution 5%

Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), have declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.84 per limited partnership unit, payable May 17, 2013 to unitholders of record May 10, 2013.

The annualized distribution will increase to $3.36 per limited partnership unit from the current $3.20 per limited partnership unit, representing a 5% increase.
