UPDATE 1-European stocks hit 7-week highs in broad rally

PARIS, July 23 (Reuters) - European shares rose to seven-week highs on Tuesday as China's plan to support growth boosted mining shares and a flurry of deal activity sparked a rally in the telecoms sector.
