BHP CEO says taking long view on potash

MELBOURNE, Aug 7 (Reuters) - BHP Billiton's new boss on Wednesday shrugged off Russian potash producer Uralkali's exit from one of the world's two big potash cartels, saying BHP was taking a long-term view on its planned entry into the industry.
