In trading on Monday, shares of the Vanguard Short-Term Government Bond ETF (VGSH) crossed below their 200 day moving average of $60.85, changing hands as low as $60.81 per share. Vanguard Short-Term Government Bond shares are currently trading trading flat on the day.
