Ryland Homes is Expanding in the Austin Area with the Grand Opening of Six New, Beautifully Decorated Model Homes

Ryland Homes Austin (NYSE:RYL) is excited to open six new model homes in four master-planned communities throughout the Austin, Texas area. Grand opening events will be held in each community through mid November. These beautiful models are opening in some of Ryland’s most established Austin communities not only offering great neighborhoods, but Ryland’s guarantee for truly livable designs and outstanding quality.

Ryland recently opened the Savannah model at Firewheel at Teravista in Round Rock. This fantastic plan is introduced into our line-up of six innovative floor plans. These beautiful homes feature envious kitchens with stunning gourmet features and islands plus large exterior living spaces with outdoor kitchens available. Firewheel is the newest section of Teravista to open featuring floor plans priced from the $240’s. Slated to open late this month, the brand new Orlando and Covington models will introduce the newest section of Whispering Hollow. Whispering Hollow’s eight floor plans and Whispering Hollow Estates’ nine floor plans will be some of the most innovative plans in Buda.
