Russia's Rosneft faces restrictions on LNG exports

MOSCOW, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Plans by top Russian oil producer Rosneft to export liquefied natural gas (LNG) hit a snag in parliament on Wednesday as lawmakers passed a bill that limits state companies' LNG exports to gas produced in offshore fields.
