Books-A-Million Annual Holiday Drive Raises $106,256 for The Salvation Army

Books-A-Million, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: BAMM) today announced that since 2005 it has collected over $1,590,000 in donations from customers. For the 2013 holiday season, customer donations totaled $106,256. 100% of the money donated goes to The Salvation Army units that are local to BAM’s stores in 33 states and the District of Columbia.

“The Salvation Army provides hope and relief for disaster victims and BAM! is very proud that, through the generosity of our customers, we are able to help those in need this holiday season,” said Terrance G. Finley, President and Chief Executive Officer of Books-A-Million, Inc.
