Twitter's Jack Dorsey Elected to Disney Board of Directors

The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS ) Board of Directors has elected Jack Dorsey, chairman of Twitter Inc. (NYSE: TWTR ) and CEO of Square Inc., as an independent director, effective immediately.
