Value Line, Inc. Announces a Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.15 Per Common Share

Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ:VALU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared on January 16, 2014 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, payable on February 7, 2014, to stockholders of record on January 28, 2014. The Company has 9,824,781 shares of common stock outstanding as of January 16, 2014.
