In trading on Wednesday, the Materials Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLB) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), up about 4.5% and shares of Dow Chemical (DOW), up about 3.8% on the day.
