PSCF Makes Notable Cross Below Critical Moving Average

In trading on Monday, shares of the S&P SmallCap Financials Portfolio ETF (PSCF) crossed below their 200 day moving average of $37.22, changing hands as low as $36.76 per share. S&P SmallCap Financials Portfolio shares are currently trading down about 3.4% on the day.
